The action plan guides our work and ensures we are creating and enhancing our equitable offering in every aspect across the organisation. Each year we'll select 2 or 3 main focuses to place an increase focus of energy as we deem them most important based on data, discussions and the internal and external needs from Active Oxfordshire. This doesn't mean we neglect other points on our action plan, but to ensure success and give our small team focus, this approach gives us the best opportunity to make progress.

Our policy is reviewed annually to ensure it reflects changes to legislation but also where we feel it needs to be adjusted to ensure our stance and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion needs to be strengthened.
